PAYMENT POLICY

I am registered for providing specialist care with most of the health insurance companies. A list of the companies is provided below. I adhere to the set fees of each individual insurance provider.

For self-funding patients, the fee for new out patient appointment is £350 and follow up appointment is £200. Kindly inform my secretary whether you are self funding or covered by insurance. If you are self funding and due to have a procedure, please contact my secretary who will be able to provide you with the costings.

Insured patients are kindly advised to contact their insurance to obtain pre-authorisation for any procedure or clinic consultations. Since there might be certain limits on each policy, it is advisable to discuss this in advance with the insurance company. Please note, any financial shortfall will be the responsibility of the individual patient.

​How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

This varies from company to company. It is advisable to check with your provider.

​Will I get a receipt?

​No, not automatically. However please let us know and I will be happy to provide you with one.

​

If I am self funding, or have an insurance shortfall,  how soon should I settle my accounts?​

It is advisable to do so as early as possible after the consultation or procedure and no later than 30 days.​
